Paul Hernandez was helpful from the moment I walked into the store. He showed me what was on sale, what wasn’t on sale but met my requests, and then offered helpful advice in picking color knowing that I really wanted a colorful carpet, but my family wanted a neutral gray tone. In the end, he ordered several carpet samples and made an appointment to meet me at my home for measurement and final decision amongst carpet samples with my family.
Every step went great. Measurements were quick and efficient, carpet was ordered and came in, scheduling was smooth (many options), and the advice provided for how to prepare helpful. It took less time than expected to install — Jose and his team were awesome. Carpet is beautiful.
